The company was founded in September 1993 by Nikolay Petkov under the name "Technolink Ltd." It is one of the first companies for import and sales of auto parts in Bulgaria. It operated as a successful family business for about 10 years, after which it expanded and "Subaru Sofia Ltd." was created.
